Trial of Skouries gold mine protesters postponed until Dec 5
The trial of 14 people who are accused of rioting during a protest against the Skouries gold mine in Halkidiki, northern Greece, in October last year was postponed on Thursday until December 5.
Three of the policemen who were due to testify in the case failed to appear in court.
The suspects face charges of breaching the peace, attempted bodily harm and resisting arrest during a demonstration in the forest on Mount Kakavos, near the gold mine.
