With their selection, voters always have the final say on the representatives they send to the Greek and European parliaments. Political parties, however, define the range and quality of the available choices.
It seems that the filters of the political system are not working. This is evidenced by the fact that candidates are being disqualified before they are even officially announced. The political system must rethink its role, which is not exhausted only in the pre-election period
