“Tea Ceremony,” directed by and in memory of Achim Wieland, returns to Bios (pireos84.bios.gr) for six performances that reveal some of society’s toughest truths. Performed by Mario Ioannou, the monologue is inspired by the Japanese ceremonial serving of tea, which is used as an ostensibly soothing setting to ask difficult questions.
