Lamda launching more residential projects at Elliniko
The management of listed Lamda Development is launching four more residential projects at Elliniko, southern Athens, as well as an investment vehicle to promote the office buildings that are being planned.
The development of the four projects will proceed in the next three years, totaling 1,194 properties, with a gross sales area of 153,300 square meters.
These are four new complexes, with the brands Neighborhood Retail, Mainstream Alimos, Mainstream Posidonos and High-Rise (a 50-meter tower).
The tower will host 251 apartments, Mainstream Alimos and Mainstream Posidonos will have 432 apartments each, and Neighborhood Retail another 115 residences, while the average selling price will be 7,600 euros/sq.m.
From their sale, Lamda expects gross revenue of €1.17 billion.
