Athens fountains spring back to life
The fountain at Mavili Square, near the US Embassy on Kifissias Avenue, has sprung back to life as part of an initiative by the City of Athens to repair and spruce up the capital’s 34 public fountains, many of which had lain dormant for years for lack of maintenance. [ANA-MPA]
