Woman arrested in Rhodes for arson

A 57-year-old woman was arrested on the island of Rhodes for intended arson.
According to the local Fire Service, the suspect started fires in three different locations on the outskirts of the city of Rhodes on August 14. The blazes were quickly put out, it said.
The woman, a Bulgarian national, is said to have a history of mental health problems.
A local prosecutor ordered her transfer to the psychiatric clinic of Rhodes’ hospital.
