Police conduct large operation to dismantle migrant smuggling ring
Hellenic Police officers are conducting a largescale operation in Attica to dismantle a migrant smuggling ring in Athens on Thursday. There are over 100 police officers and nine workers from the judiciary participating in the operation. Over 20 people have been arrested, and 15 have been detained.
Searches have been carried out in temporary migrant residences as well as workshops used to print fake travel documents.
