Missing 85-year-old Ioannina man found dead

An 85-year-old man from Ioannina that had gone missing on Friday was found dead on Monday by members of the Hellenic Service and the police. According to national broadcaster ERT, his body was found near the area where he went missing.

Members of the Fire Service’s Special Disaster Management Unit (EMAK) had searched the areas trench drains to no avail.
