Major olive oil heist in Halkidiki as prices surge

Approximately 37 tons of olive oil were stolen from an agricultural cooperative in Polygyros, located in Halkidiki, northern Greece, as the liquid soars in price.

The stolen olive oil is valued at over 370,000 euros.

Police have launched an investigation into the theft.
