Ruling on restructuring and transfer of Folli Follie
An Athens court published a court decision on Tuesday on the restructuring and transfer of luxury goods company Folli Follie according to an amendment agreement reached on September 9, 2021.
In an announcement, troubled Folli Follie said that it will issue a new announcement to inform its creditors and investors of the steps to restructure the company.
